Personal Quote: “I am experiencing the joy of just being with friends and not worrying about what the future holds. The two halves of my brain seem so much more integrated, like they are talking to each other. I am experiencing emotion with great intensity, though I still feel in control of myself.” – From a college student
“I didn’t understand where the situation came from, so it was very frustrating to go to work, knowing I was going to meet a new client… I had all the tools, all the skill sets, all the knowledge that I need to work that problem out; why then was I so frustrated with somebody crossing in front of me or going too slow? I still don’t know what it was, but after that first session and the understanding that I am comfortable meeting my customers… all those other thoughts diminished… Now, I arrive ready to listen to what the customer says… There’s a lot I can’t control, but I can control my thoughts and my anger, and all these situations in all that process. And that’s one of the things we talked about: Focusing on the things you can control… In the end, I know this makes me feel better about myself.” – Juan S., Field Technician

Background: Every day, I am grateful for the opportunity to integrate the methods of PSYCH-K®, with a lifetime of science, technical work, and compassionate individual improvement, to create the professional role of a PSYCH-K Facilitator. This journey began for me more than thirty years ago. As a university student, I was captivated by neuroscience and perception. At that time, I also felt painfully awkward and alone – even in a crowd of people. In my mid-twenties, a compassionate friend introduced me to a place where I could work on improving my social skills and interactions in the safety of a workshop environment. That allowed me to redefine myself, and I began creating something I liked.
In middle age, the concepts of “belief change” started to materialize for me, but I didn’t understand how to accomplish that in any deliberate and organized way until I began to study PSYCH-K. I returned to my roots. Using more recent discoveries about how our minds work, and using PSYCH-K methods to access the answers that are within me, has allowed me to transform limiting beliefs and habits, overcome frustration, improve vital relationships – for myself first – with a level of profound effectiveness that is unlike anything I’ve experienced in the last 30+ years!
Today, as a professional PSYCH-K Facilitator, I help others embrace their differences as gifts, feel like they belong, and contribute authentically as themselves. Forgiveness for confusion, past upset, and distress is a common outcome. Clients can also eliminate persistent frustration, feel closer to themselves and others, experience contentment, and live with greater fulfillment, peace of mind, financial stability, and wellness.
I thank Rob Williams, the originator of PSYCH-K, and Karen McKy, my mentor, instructor, and professional friend, for making it possible for me to transform myself – and assist my family and many others – to create new and greater lives for themselves, too.
Are you and I matched for success? I hope you will consider reaching out so we can have a conversation about how you can transform yourself, too, with PSYCH-K?
